All sessions are pre-paid. This allows us to end on a positive note and make effective use of our time together.
Check are to be made payable to “Thomas Buckley”, (Visa and MasterCard are not accepted at this time.)
Any cancellations will be called in with at least 24 hour notice. You will be charged for cancellations called in with less than 24 hour notice.
Obtaining your goal takes commitment, dedication and hard work. You agree to do your best to adhere to a healthy lifestyle, modify eating habits, and adhere to the program prescribed and to communicate honestly with your Personal Trainer.
You must have medical clearance from your Doctor to begin any program. By not obtaining medical clearance, you agree to accept full responsibility for any associated injury or accident.
